Conditions
You must agree to the following terms and conditions if using
the Trienta.co.uk Affiliate Network. These rules are in place
to make sure that the affiliates and publishers get the best
out or our network.
If there is any violation to the terms and conditions of the
network we have the right to suspend or delete your account
from the Trienta Network. Also if we find you have made
fraudulent actions then the transactions will be deleted from
your account, all cheques stop and we may delete your account.
1) Adult Content
We do not accept any \Adult\ sites, this is sites with bad
language, pornographic imagery or any other similar type. We
will NOT accept any sites with this type EVER.
2) Fraud Control
Every click, sale, lead & CPM that is made is checked if it is
fraudulent and will be rejected if so. Sites that constantly
generating rejected leads will be looked into and maybe
suspended, if you can not help this then please contact us for
information on why.
3) Payments
Payments are sent out within 60 days of the month end. The minimum payment is £25.00 and
will not be paid until you reach this amount if you do not
reach it within a month your balance will go forward for next
month and so on. We are running a self-billing system so there is no need to invoice us for the amounts this will automatically be paid, when joining you agree to this.
4) Advertising
We will provide all information required for advertising a
publisher from our network. You may not edit or change
marketing material given to you without permission from the
publisher.
5) No Guarantee
Trienta Affiliate Network makes no warranties, guarantees, or
representations regards the revenue or profit a agent can make
from the Trienta Affiliate Network.
6) Campaigns Through Other Networks
You may not run a campaign which you have ran through Trienta
Affiliates on another network or directly with them for 3
months after the campaign ending.
7) Applicable Law
Arbitration The above terms and conditions of business
constitutes the entire understanding of both parties hereto
with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any and all
previous contracts and covenants between both parties whether
written or oral, with respect to such subject matter.
8) Not Paid
If a merchant/advertiser does not pay Trienta Affiliates the affiliate will not be paid the commission for this transaction. However we will do all we can to make sure advertisers pay.
